High protein bagels 👌🏻😋

Cottage cheese - 200g
Eggs - 1
1 egg yolk for brushing
Flour - 50g (i took rice and corn flour 50/50)
Cheese - 40g (optional)
Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds (optional)
Mix everything together, bake at 180°C for about 30 min
