this week, I have been working out like crazy. Been burning 550cals in 45mins on the precor elliptical+stepper combo machine. That machine is a BEAST! But I have plenty to repent for. I fell for the truffles my baby got for me when he was here, so I endulged in 5 of them! I mean FIVE! What was I thinking? Oh well, the old me would have just dropped off the bandwagon, but i'm still in it to win it. This is what distinguishes me from my past. Not giving up.... Here goes... cant wait to see what Saturday holds at the weigh in. I want the 230's. Any number in there, so that means I need to lose more than 1.4lbs.
