Not a bad weekend. A little too hot and humid though so I pretty much kept inside. I did go to the gym on Saturday and did a 2 mile run. I like the way I feel when I run even though I cant go far before walking. I have a plan though and until the weather starts cooling off, Im ok with using the track. I have a weird feeling in my calf though so Im not sure if Ive strained something or if its just super tight. Im going to baby it for a few days and see what happens. Planning to go tonight and play with some kettlebells and do some stupid ab work.
