Hi there, your figures don't add up. I noticed large percentage changes in your muscle composition over a matter of days, which is just not possible. Consider hydrating consistently, measure at the same time everyday. At the end of the week add up & divide by 7 to get your average, this will account for water/hormonal/etc changes, it's most accurate.

Hi, it's not percentage, it's muscle mass. But yes, you're right - I think my scale is a little weird... I do have hormonal issues (tumor on my pituitary gland) so will contribute to weightloss difficulties... thank you for your feedback about doing a 7 day average, but because my body is so sensitive, I prefer to weigh daily.
