Keeping steady today despite a brief setback. Wound up over at a friend's house after work last night as the husbeast had been helping build a wall & he wound up stuck there with a sprained ankle. Our hosts chose a dinner of "finger food" (swedish meatballs, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings, among other little pastries that I didn't indulge in). I tried to keep my consumption down as much as possible & asked for water as a beverage.
Lots of housecleaning to do today, so maybe I'll burn off some of the extra energy.
