Starting weight loss journey from today onwards.

I'm working so it is difficult to maintain proper diet but I'll try to not eat parathas, ghee, butter, sweets ,packaged items etc in this weight loss journey.

Please motivate me to do this to achieve the weight loss goal
71.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1st a big No to packaged items. And cut down (added) sugar intake gradually. 2nd Eat healthy, it doesn't mean you have to eat dull food, moderation is the key. Concentrate on good protein, less carb.
