Before I started working out. I was 98kg and after months of dedication towards weight loss I lost 8 kg... I was happy with the results...But, my studies was affected VERY badly and cuz of this my mother asked me to only focus on studies and not on losing weight... She thought I couldn't focus on my studies due to the less amount of food I ate..and also I wanted my grades to go up so I ditched the weight loss journey like my mother ORDERED and started focusing on studies...and after the exam was over I gained all of the weight I lost... and since then I have tried several times to work out and lose weight but my determination was not like how it used to be...and now I am 112kg.. But, I am not giving up...I am gonna lose my weight and have a better health...and I am not gonna let ANYONE stop me...

you should take proper diet not only exercise! coz...for a fit u should follow 80%-20% rule...u should take 80%diet and only 20% workout... the weight u loosed is unhealthy ..we should loose fat and not only weight.. I love the determination! but hey, were you starving yourself the first time. because don't. I'll assume u are a male, so listen. u can still weigh a 100kgs and look the better than you ever did. the KEY is your DIET. Follow a high protein diet all the while minimising your carb intake. if now u are free from the clutches of your studies, do workout for best results. I'm repeating again. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Because once you do that your metabolism will get fucked up, which means your hormone balance will get fucked up too. moreover, no matter how much you workout you won't be gaining any muscle because there isn't any protein in your diet, the wear and tear in your muscles can't be recovered. also, body starts using up muscles for energy when there is not enough lipid(fats) in your body. so, if you are really serious about doing it right this time, make sure you plan out your diet. Remember to get your RDI first.
