I have reached my first target a 100lb loss. i’m really chuffed with myself. I love looking at all of your pictures. My food is mostly the same most days but that’s how I like it and i eat very few calories as my tummy rejects too many and that’s not pretty!
Anyway well done everyone keep up the good work xxxx
