第二餐:煎雞胸、麻辣豆腐鴨血麵
第三餐:麻辣豆腐、牛肉、香菇貢丸、牛肚、蛋捲鳳凰酥
運動:壺鈴健身30分 雪克、水煮蛤蜊*15
水量:4000
51.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
