I can relate, I've had many of those lately myself. Hang in there, eventually people like us realize that it's not worth letting work related stress destroy our bodies.

Hopefully today will go better will go better, it's really hard to not let stress get to us. I too have that problem. Here's to a better day, at least it's Friday.
