Slow and steady... Had a couple of weird days, couldn't eat when i wanted, pushed meals, lack of sleep, not trying to make excuses but when life challenges you and you don't see the results you wanted what can you do? Your best with what you have, adjust, learn from mistakes and keep pushing. Have a nice and productive day everyone, this app rocks!
