Appetite comes and goes lately. I have been hooked on yogurt and fruit still. I also really enjoy certain veggies and I fill up on them but right near the end of the day I want to binge on carbs. I totalled off half a box of honey graham crackers last night then felt like crap for doing it. Oh the wails of the never ending carb cravings. LMAO
Still at 235 but so happy to be there as I haven’t been that low in 40 years so I’ll take it! I graduated from high school at 180 but a fit 180 since I kept up with some sports and had come from farming life so the muscles were there. Now? Not so much. So we will see as time goes on how this aging body turns out! 🫣
