Well, I'm back from vacation. Swimming, snorkeling, surfing and sun burns. Unsurprisingly, given the number of evenings out, local restaurants, and my complete lack of consistent exercise (aside from kayaking, some running, swimming, more swimming, etc) I put on a little weight. No big deal, I'll have it off again in no time. :)

What a vacation, I'm glad to hear you didn't just lounge around... that would be a bad gain! This one you can be proud of, and great attitude, it sure will fall right off!

I love your attitude that you know you'll kick off the weight in no time! Vacations bring weight gain. No big deal, as long as you have a good healthy program in place, which you obviously do. I hope you had a great time on your vacation!
