Well today is proof that an off day (scheduled) can definitely have an adverse effect on the overall picture.. Gained three pounds...) some of that may be the new scale we bought yesterday .... AAANNNDDD talk about taking the energy right out of you. Must have been the bag of spice drops I munched on over the course of the whole day... Tried doing some P90X - Yoga-X this morning (HAHA) got about 20 mins in and decided breakfast sound a hole lot better... That's cool I got the whole day to make it up.. and luckily I've got class tonight (some good ol' KAJUKENBO) ... Hope everyone else is doing good on the challenge, keep up the good work.
