I'm just over a month into Induction, and actually, I thought I would have lost more weight than I have, by now. However, since I'm in this for the long run, I'll take my 19 pounds, and counting, and keep working hard to lose more. Though I've been on Atkins many times before, this is the first time I've been diligent enough to make use of, keep up with a daily food diary, and make journal entries. I'm thankful that these tools are available. I'm also thankful for all the support, that's available to me, that I've been getting from my Buddies here, the wonderful folks on the Atkins website, and of course the ever wonderful gang at the Low Carb Cafe. I truly believe I'm on the road to getting off the weight, once and for all, and keeping it off. Thanks, to my Buddies, and keep the great support coming, for it is appreciated.
