I'm just over a month into Induction, and actually, I thought I would have lost more weight than I have, by now. However, since I'm in this for the long run, I'll take my 19 pounds, and counting, and keep working hard to lose more. Though I've been on Atkins many times before, this is the first time I've been diligent enough to make use of, keep up with a daily food diary, and make journal entries. I'm thankful that these tools are available. I'm also thankful for all the support, that's available to me, that I've been getting from my Buddies here, the wonderful folks on the Atkins website, and of course the ever wonderful gang at the Low Carb Cafe. I truly believe I'm on the road to getting off the weight, once and for all, and keeping it off. Thanks, to my Buddies, and keep the great support coming, for it is appreciated.

5 lbs a week is impressive...very impressive. I'm not sure how you could have lost more than that in just 4 weeks.

Dear friend, you are doing so good. Like Icymaiden said, it's an impressive weight loss. You are such a help to me. If it had not been for you, I would not be in this group, neither would Didi. Here we can track what we eat and have wonderful support. Together we can loose the weight, helping and encouraging each other. Thank you.

You are doing great....don't think for one minute you haven't lost much....you have lost a lot.....just keep doing what you are doing.

Great job on the losses so far! (and on the Black Belt...just read your profile again :) Are you keeping up w/ your exercise? You know a little bit consistently goes a long ways! Getting back in the groove is often the hardest part...so you seem to be on your way to SUCCESS! Keep it going!!!
