I have been so out of it lately. Just eating yogurt and fruit. I have zero appetite and no energy. I am not trying to complain since I e been approved for hip replacement just no date yet - but man, this pain is exhausting and putting me through the wringer.
Maybe tomorrow? Maybe. Anyway I’ll keep working at this multiple years of yoyo up and down scale and always wayyyy more up after the down. I love how I eat regular foods and with the right work put into it, lose weight! I have dieted since I was 13 and was put in weight watchers which was devastating at schools!!and a Teenager to boot.
Well it’s late, I’m tired so good night to all and may all the angels of weight loss let us wake up to a smaller number. Mwah!

You may want to try adding some "good carbs" (quinoa, oatmeal, whole grain porridge etc) to your diet. At least for me, when I cut the amount of carbs significantly, I always feel sad and without motivation.
I know it is easier said than done, but maybe this will work for you. 🤞
