just looking for abitvof advice.
I have a mum tum pouch due to having c section 23 years ago. what exercise can tone and reduce overhang?
any advice appreciated x

I would love to know this several ops on tummy over years started with c section can’t seem to get rid of it x

Try Carla K fitness, she's on Instagram and YouTube. Her entire thing is exercises that are safe for people with diastasis recti and/or hernias and are all designed to help close ab separation and tone that area
