Excellent workout considering I was doing a 24-hour fast. roll-on tea time. lol. treat night on a Wednesday. always use my ninja to cook a healthy roast. load vegies and meat and cider in and let it do its thing.A healthy way to cook. I pressure cook it first and then finish off with the air fryer to crips everything. no fat was used whatsoever.
