It's Canada Day. A little on the wet side here in Edmonton.
The last couple of days has been hard. I let my feelings ditate what I was eating which is never good. It's been a junk food, over eating binge. The scales has shown this.
As this is start of a new month and the last month of my contract I'm going to change up my plan a bit. I always tweak it over time but sometimes a reset is needed.
I think that the intermittent fasting has been working. The last week I have not followed it at all and have not watched what I was eating. I am still a believer that you can still have treats and lose weight, treats just can't be all you eat!!!
