So, today I was able to maintain the weight from yesterday through an hour of workout. Apparently, have water retention for the last 3-4 days and I'm expecting this to continue until I'm done with my monthly cycle... Oh well, looking at the bright side, I can lose tons by the end of my red alert situation!
