I use it as a way to judge my day if I’ve stayed the same or higher I have strict day but if I’m lower I’m lenient with things like sauces , butter or a extra few calories x

I try and keep it to once a week or once a fortnight. I don’t want to start obsessing over it 😆 as long as I’m eating healthy I know I’m ok
