No, I ate it at work, but I think I will buy some reduced fat blue cheese dressing for home!

Sarah, I am a chicken wing FREAK, in fact I just had some. LOL! The celery and blue cheese is good, but you need the protein to help keep the hunger and cravings down so sometimes I make grilled skinless chicken breast and toss them in a good wing sauce, simply YUM. Also watch the sodium levels in the reduced fat dressings (and other reduced fat foods), they often add sodium to make up for the lack of flavor from the fat. Not all fat is bad. Moderation. You are doing awesome girl, you go with that stair climbing!
