昨天飲食:
第一餐:大豆、芝麻粉、豆漿
第二餐:韓式牛肉飯
第三餐:大豆、芝麻粉、豆漿、茶葉蛋*2、樂事½包
水量:2000最近水量都很少
52.3 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
