I haven't been looking at the scale lately, just looking at my activity level and food intake. I thought I'd focus on a different strategy. I guess it's working.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
