10h da manhã e de domingo e temos a comida feita para esta semana. Dois pratos principais: hambúrgueres de atum e cenoura e tofu á Brás com legumes(sem batata palha). E o pequeno almoço: papas de aveia de maçã e mirtilos feitas no forno.
