This week was an okay week. I'm expecting better results next week for my weigh-in and very excited about hitting my goal in the next two weeks or so. It will definitely be by/before Thanksgiving.

I treated myself and slightly over-indulged this past weekend on some Ben & Jerry's Oatmeal Cookie Chunk ice cream that's been in my freezer for over 2 months sealed shut...so I decided it was time to break it open. Oh well...I ate all of it...and it was ALL GOOD!!
Hit the cardio the next afternoon to burn off what I'd eaten, so no worries.

Goals for next week:

- Water Water WATER
- Exercise 5x this week
- Continue ab workouts
- Drop 2lbs.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
