Day one of the Challenge to lose 20lbs by thanks giving.. Doing a Marine diet that was given to my Bro-in-law to lose weight to be able to deploy...(with slight modifications) ... Doing P90X and my normal martial arts classes 2-3 times a week... day one feeling good !!!!
