Trying so hard to be positive, boy its hard! I have 4 lbs to go to meet a personal weight loss goal (which has been years since I've have made this weight). When I built my profile I put my overall weight loss goal but I have learned that to meet small weight loss goals like 5 lbs helps me so much and not get defeated by that huge overall goal. Take it small, have to keep remembering that.
