第三餐:大豆、雪克、黑豆漿、3分之一🤚蘋果
宵夜:水煮蛋*2
水量3500
52 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 12.6 kg a Week
