Life changes so I've decided to adjust my goals with a clear mind. I've also admit to myself I need some assistance with staying motivated. So here's a tip I just downloaded app that I'm going use along with this one its call Fabulous. it has mini workout and you can set health reminders. Hopefully it'll help me reach my goals.
