Not just me then... I used to eat piles of fresh veg back in my 20s, largely because I'm vegetarian and the meat alternatives back in the 90s and 00s were ghastly (looking at you, Sosmix). Although there's loads of easy options available now it's been too easy to rely on those and I've taken my eye off the ball somewhat when it comes to nutrition.
Agree with this being a lifestyle change: I'm back to piling my plate with vegetables or salads even if I am having some processed foods alongside. I can't imagine going back to my old ways of eating now whereas with previous diets I was counting down the pounds until I could smash back the crisps, mayo and white bread sandwiches.
