Life got busy (work, family stuff, holidays) and I fell into old bad habits for the last couple of months. Too many sweets, too much mindless eating, not planning ahead and not tracking. And a whole lot of holiday eating, too. This sets me back to where I was on July 29. :(
That said, I've been tracking again for 4 days and I have resisted unplanned snacks and eating after dinner. I'm almost recovered from a 2 week flu/cold/ick/yuck & sinus infection, so I hope to get back to more exercise and hitting my 10k/day step goal soon, maybe by the end of next week.
And best of all, new Sassy challenge is starting Monday and I am signed up and ready to go!
