I've finally been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. This explains why I find it so hard to take any exercise and to remember accurately what I have eaten during the day.
I'm taking a rest from FatSecret while I get my head around this and also get used to the new 'Fibro' diet I shall need to follow in future. It's extremely depressing and basically a case of "if you enjoy it - you can't have it!
Thoroughly fed up with the whole thing.
