well nothing new to report - still have not weighed in - kinda scared to weigh in right now - cause this is how i sabotaged myself last time, with no movement on the scale i was able to justified a cheat since it only stalls me and since i am already stalled no big deal - well i dont want to go back there. I think for the first little bit i will concentrate on how i feel and how my clothes fit - maybe weigh in once maybe twice a month.

Last time a 2 lbs loss in a week was a disappointment, not matter how much i know about healthy weightloss i was not happy. 2 lbs a week is a good rate but i was happy it wasnt 5 lbs a week or even if it was i was still not happy. This time i am focusing less on weight and more on feelings and of course my blood sugars. Main goal here is to get them under control and back into a health range.

This week as been up and down - a few cheats here and there and not because i had to - because it convenient. Good planning and prep help prevent that - so when i go back home during the weekend i am going to go shopping to ensure i am ready for the weekend. Need to take control of all my situations.

I learned a lot from the last successes and failures. I am learning how certain foods affect me. Through this journey i have discovered i am gluten sensitive, what i thought was a normal feeling of being bloated and sluggish after meals wasnt. I also found a sensitivity to lactose again thought bloating was normal and thought it was breakfast and my medication that made me go to the the washroom lots and fast was really just the lactose i ate in the morning. I also discovered that mushrooms affect my gullet. they give me the runs when consumed in a large quantity.

I have changed my diet again - still a low carb, med protein, high fat, but my body is reacting better and feeling normal. but anyway i thought i should document these food changes and the affects of the changes.

I guess this is a lot of things when i state there is nothing to report. lol. oh well time to sign off - maybe a weigh in this weekend.
