I've found a pretty simple formula: Eat good and exercise daily and I will lose weight. Don't, and stay flat or gain. Hoping to drop another 6 over the next week.
102.6 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
