The beat goes on. I had a great meal today, when my brother, again, bought me lunch at a neighborhood Soulfood restaurant, and I was able to stay low carb, with short ribs, green beans, and a mixture of cabbage and collard greens. I like proving to myself that it's possible to eat at restaurants, and stay low carb. I love it! There's no excuse for falling off the wagon, when you think about it, and make the smarter choices; at least, not for me.

Great veggies, so good for you too. You are making good choices. I like Hometown Buffet for that reason. Everything that is allowed on my plan is available to me.

Way to go.....what is this with your brother keeps buying you lunch......lucky you......so good to prove you can keep to low carb, there really is no excuse........
