Massively upset. I do my weigh ins every 3 months so I don't get discouraged by minimal losses or gains but I somehow managed to not lose any at all. I know that's technically a good thing to maintain weight but I thought with the changes I made and could feel that it would've made a difference. I want to cry.

My weight was stagnant after pandemic and made me breathless. I blamed food though it turned out that due to overweight I got extras - diabetes 2, high blood pressure and all that jazz.. only after monitoring glucose levels for 3 months I figured out that to loose weight and have lots of food is possible if 2/3 of plate is green - anything but of green colour: lettuce, kale, Brussels, green, spinach, pak-choi, green beans... whatever. And no wheat at all (other grains fine - the only grain which held glucose levels high for several days instead of fee hours. Worked miracle - 2 pounds a week go off without suffer.
Keep up! A bit of patience and you will be where you want to be :)

Thank you. I'm currently trying the reduced wheat and carb route so we'll see how that goes. More greens wouldn't do any harm either!
