so I am back on Atkins. Added carbs but gained a bit so I tried South Beach and lost real slowly. I obviously cannot add a lot of fruit or other carbs since then I practically stood still. I had kept up the exercise so that wasn't the problem. Now I am back on Atkins, Induction and am ready again as I have had a nice break (really needed a break from meat and eggs!)
Met my challenge of 150 km by Labour Day as of today!!!!
Going to find a new challenge now also...
96.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

When you switch from Atkins to any other diet, you will initially have a gain from the carbs. But if you continued and added carbs back in slowly, it would eventually even out. But whatever works for you is good.
