It's the first Wednesday (weigh in day) of the year! I gained during the pre-Christmas, Christmas, End of Year and New Year period, but focused on the diet again as part of my "New Year's Resolution" and coincidentally hit 119.2 lb, the same as my last weigh in on the 16th December. So I'm just going to pretend that the last 3 weeks didn't exist and continue onward!
