According the the scale, I've lost a pound every day for the last 3 days... That's a bit rapid. I weigh in each morning, right after I get up (I pee, brush my teeth, step on the scale w/ no clothes on) - so I'm just like wow. I don't know what exactly to think...
108.0 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 26.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
