I started trail running about 2 months back and the distances are getting longer, made 7 miles today, which is making big shifts in my physiology. While I have dropped a meger two pounds since I began running, the way my body looks you would think it was 20. The lean muscle increase is really evident and the sustained endurance has made me up my nutrition game. It is such a joy to be able to be out there and 3 years ago, at nearly 100 lbs heavier, I would have never imagined the version of me I am today. Celebrating you all today and the sustained race we are all running, you are all winning it every day!
