I don't like the taste/texture of avocados :(
Any tips on how to incorporate it in to my food?

You could make guacamole? Very easy. Use as a dip, spread or side dish.

I chop tomatoes jalapenos and cucumber really small and mix it through

balsamic vinegar on top is nice or served on toast and the bread kinda cancels it out
