week 19: ....its been a while since ive done any structural exercises. ive been slightly avoiding it since when i do i ended up with spotting... that scared me. Another issue has been my feet swelling, so i had electrolytes and close to a gallon of water yesterday.
Ive been staying active other ways. Like, with the Declutter Challenges, Being outside and walking around more in the house. We had high winds and lower temps for 4 day. Now, itll warm up again and i might be able to take the hounds for a walk.
