I had popcorn, cookies and fudge yesterday. I also had 2 cups of hot black tea, 1 cup of mint tea, coffee, iced tea, orange juice and grape juice. Basically I added weight. It sucks.
49.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
