It's ridiculous how much I'm overanalyzing this diet. I should be reading for my exam in Biochemistry next Tuesday. Or doing problems for my Calculus 3 exam on the same day. Or maybe out with a friend? heh who has time for that??? LOL

Anyway, so I've been crunching numbers. According to the scales, I've lost 4 lbs in like a week. And now I'm steady at 241. But I really don't think I lost that much. I've recorded ALL food that I've eaten for the past week and a half here on FS, as well as an accurate description of most of my exercise. Unless there's something I've not taken into consideration, I really think I've lost at most 1.8 lbs worth of actual fat. The rest - I believe - is water weight. I was living fairly unhealthily, so I could see that my body would be retaining a lot of water...

Regardless, I'm on the right track now. Maybe I should reset my starting weight to my current weight - 241.0 lbs - that way any more weight loss will accurately reflect the loss of fat pounds rather than water weight?
