Well the hits keep coming at work. Iam in law enforcement in NY and for those in the area we just had three more of ours shot this week and one unfortunely died. To make it worse I was sleeping for the shift before and didn;t hear about it till mid afternoon when I got up and ready for work again, oh did I mention the stress of I didn't know who it was and my boyfriend was there, along with all my fellow "brothers" that I work with! Talk about emotional eating.
So as tragic as it is, the eating and exercise portion of my life is non existing at this point. I leave for vaca tomorrow and hope to come back recharged and ready to take on the SB world and life again.(hopefully without to much gain!!!!) so look for me next week sometime I will be back on Phase one and if Iam not some one come kick my butt!!!!
