Been a bit off the grid. I am just so insanely busy right now, with my family coming from France tonight, and Christmas just days away, and also with all the eating out, it's a challenge to record food correctly, Nonetheless, I'm not doing too badly. Last night we went to a favorite place for ribs, and I had a small slab with salad and sautéed spinach. No rice. No potatoes. No creamy dressings or other calorie boosters. Watched everyone else empty the bread basket and then they all shared a wonderful looking piece of ice cream pie. I had decaf coffee for dessert. So I'm not totally falling off the wagon. I'll just keep plodding along...
