Keeping steady I seem to do really well in the day but give into temptation at night. I am working really hard and finding it difficult to exercise as I always need to find some childcare. I know I should try to exercise before work but..Anyway I am just moaning!! Hope you are all doing well!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been having trouble with the exercise too. I have finally got myself jogging on a treadmill for like 30 mins after work but a friend suggested I get some sort of work out video for the mornings so I could fit in 2 workouts a day and see if that helped me lose. Good luck to you and keep it up, you are not far from your goal.

I've been working out to an exercise DVD in the morning - Jari Love's Get Ripped to the Core. Jari has a whole Get Ripped series that's pretty awesome. Alternating between the DVD and my treadmill, I'm getting a well-rounded workout. I know how hard it is to get up in the morning, I struggle with it everyday. I just keep smashing though!

Make sure you try to rotate your exercises so you don't get bored, do some type of toning one day and a cardio maybe the next. That has helped me keep motivated.
