So somewhat rougher day today. lol seems I had people handing me candy and cookies every where I went, even an peice of cake! But I held pretty strong. Just ate 3 small caramel candies. So I take that as a win for me! Talked to a friend and I'm going to go walking with her tomorrow too. So it'll be good for the exercise.
