So yesterday I told myself I'm going to eat super clean and exercise, got my training clothes on and only had watermelon for breakfast as I wanted to try this fast day thing that works for everyone, just to drop a few grams because i mean the weekend is almost here and I didn't exercise or eat clean this week, but anyways I ended up at a family braai/outdoor thing where I had chicken and sausage and a little noodle salad and green salad and skipped the roll and the gas drinks, so still not to bad and then my cousin gave me malva pudding with ice cream and custard and from there all went down hill, arrow dark chocolate, juice, cracker bread, biscuits. all bad , strange that the scale shows a drop but its ok next week i will try again because tomorrow its me bday and it will be party whole weekend.
